Confidentiality

What you share here
stays sealed.

Keepentry asks you to entrust us with the most private material of a life — your reasoning, your relationships, your regrets. Discretion isn't a clause for us. It is the foundation the entire practice is built on.

"Nothing you tell Keepentry is ever shared, sold, sampled, or surfaced. It exists for one purpose — the one you chose."

01 · Absolute Discretion

Every session is private and protected.

Everything captured during your engagement — video, audio, notes, and the intelligence we build from them — is treated as strictly confidential. It is never disclosed to any third party, used for marketing, or referenced in any other client's work. Your engagement is not discussed, not displayed, and not named without your written permission.

02 · Zero-Knowledge Vault

Built so that even we cannot read it.

Your Legacy Intelligence System is preserved in an encrypted Legacy Vault built on true zero-knowledge architecture. Once your vault is handed over to you, it is sealed with keys only you and the people you designate control.

From that point, Keepentry's own systems cannot technically decrypt your content. Confidentiality stops depending on a promise and becomes a property of the system itself.

03 · You Decide Who Enters

Access is yours to grant, change, and revoke.

While you are active and of full capacity, you decide exactly who may see your vault and how much. Access can be full, partial, or succession-only — sealed content that becomes visible to a named successor only upon a verified succession event.

You may modify or revoke any access you have granted, at any time, without restriction or explanation.

04 · Consent at Every Step

Nothing is captured or kept without your say-so.

Keepentry acts as the Data Controller for the personal data processed during your engagement, and processes it only on the basis of your explicit, informed consent. You are told what is being recorded, why it is held, and how it is protected — before it is ever collected.

05 · Your Right to Be Forgotten

Deletion means deletion.

You may request deletion of your data at any time. When you do, your material is permanently removed from active systems in line with our retention and deletion policy — not archived quietly, not retained "just in case." What you ask us to forget, we forget.

06 · Continuity Without Compromise

If Keepentry ever stops, your vault doesn't.

A legacy practice that cannot outlast its own founder is no legacy at all. Keepentry is built with a business-continuity protocol so that, in any circumstance, your access and your confidentiality are preserved — never stranded, never exposed.

A note on this page. This summary describes the confidentiality commitments at the heart of every Keepentry engagement, written in plain language.

The full, binding terms — including data protection, vault security, and succession protocols — are set out in your Legacy Intelligence Engagement Agreement. Questions before you reserve? Write to legacy@keepentry.com.
